Job Description

The locum tenens APP Primary care opportunity in Oregon..
Location: Two hours from Portland, Oregon
Duration: Asap – Ongoing 
Schedule: 2-4 weeks per month (FTE is preferred / highly recommended)
Shift: Monday – Friday 7.30a- 5p (3-4 days per week)
Call: no call
Patient volume: 15-20 in clinic (2 patients per hour)
Scope:  Outpatient Adult Medicine 
EMR: EPIC
Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified or Board Eligible with active OR license
