Position Highlights:
- Day Shifts Only: 10-hour daytime shifts, 7 AM–5 PM
- Pager Model: OB pager from home 5 PM–7 AM – avg. 1–2 hrs/night (mostly epidurals)
- Protected Time Off: No duties post-call; enjoy true recovery days
- Weekend Call: 1:5 pager-only OB call, 48-hour stretch (Sat–Mon AM)
- OR Coverage: Night/Weekend Main OR covered by physicians; CRNAs cover days only
- Balanced Hours: Average 33–35 OR hours/week plus pager
- Self-Scheduling: 2–3 weeks off at a time with advance notice
- Generous PTO: 13 weeks off annually; 5th CRNA increases flexibility
