Compensation:
Total Negotiated Salary (TNS) calculation includes AAMC salary benchmarks for Gastroenterology, MD ranging from?$438,295 to $457,092, plus additional?Quality & Productivity incentives/bonuses. The posted UC salary scales set the base pay determined by rank and/or step at appointment.
