Position Highlights:

• Flexible Schedule: Typically two weeks on, one week off, or customize as desired
• Independent Practice: Full autonomy with a team-oriented CRNA group

Facilities:

• Facility A: 25-bed Critical Access Hospital, Monday–Thursday schedule, OB call only
• Facility B: 16-bed facility, Monday–Friday, elective cases only, no call, advanced surgical technology available

Compensation:

• $320,000 Base Salary
• Bonus structure: 30% of gross charges over $500K, historically $41K–$56K annually
• Total earning potential approximately $400,000 annually
