Job Description

Location:  Bandon, Oregon
Duration: Feb/Mar – Ongoing (per your availability)
Schedule: 4-5 days per week  
Primary Care Shift: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5m  
Optional ED Shifts: 12 HR ED shifts (only if desired)
Call: N/A
Patient volume: 12-16 in clinic
Scope: All Ages, Primary Care
EMR: CPSI
Hospital: Critical access, 21 bed hospital
Group/support: working with 2 DO’s
Required: Oregon licensed
