Join a Unique Traditional Medicine Practice
We are seeking dedicated physicians to join our dynamic team in North Central Tennessee, offering a unique traditional medicine position with a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care. Enjoy the flexibility of one week of inpatient service, followed by three weeks of outpatient care, allowing you to experience a variety of clinical settings and patient populations.
Your Role and Work-Life Balance
- In the inpatient setting, work seven consecutive days from 7 am to 7 pm, with no nights required. Procedures are optional, and many physicians find themselves leaving as early as 3 or 4 pm, with APPs covering night shifts, ensuring a manageable workload.
- Collaborate with a team of three hospitalists and four APPs, managing 33 beds each day in a non-trauma designated hospital.
- Transition to outpatient care for three weeks, enjoying 3 or 4-day work weeks with 25-30 hour weeks and seeing 15-18 patients per day in the clinic, providing ample time for quality patient care and personal pursuits.
Compensation and Benefits
- Receive a $325K guaranteed salary plus a $50K sign-on bonus, and opportunities for RVU productivity
