Position Highlights:
- Outpatient-Only: No hospital duties or inpatient responsibilities.
- Competitive Compensation: $301,808 – $339,000 base salary + generous sign-on bonus & full benefits package.
- Robust Time Off: 28 days PTO, plus 40 hours CME & $5,000 CME allowance.
- Ideal Schedule: 4.5-day workweek – Monday–Thursday (8 AM–5 PM), Friday half-day.
- Minimal Call: 1:12 rotation, primarily for medication refills – extremely light volume.
- Manageable Patient Panel: 16-18 patients per day, ensuring quality patient interactions.
- Strong Clinic Support: 2-3 exam rooms per provider, with a dedicated Medical Assistant & Nurse.
- Collaborative Team Approach: Work alongside 2 independent Nurse Practitioners in a collegial environment.
- No Required Procedures: Focus on chronic disease management & preventive care.
- Integrated Support Services: On-site lab, imaging, and specialist access just next door at the hospital.
Requirements:
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
