We are looking for a Hospitalist to join our dynamic Acute Rehab team to provide high-quality, compassionate rehabilitative care for patients recovering from a major injury or illness, using advanced technology and innovative treatments to maximize recovery.
Key Highlights of the Position:
Work with a team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists, physicians, nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, and case managers treating Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Stroke, Post Orthopedic, and other patient cases
- Admitting, rounding, and discharging patients whose average stay is 10-13 days
- No ICU or procedures required
- 46-bed, private room Acute Care Hospital
- Daytime Hospitalist, Mon- Fri schedule, typical hours 8 am to 5 pm, NO NIGHTS
- You have 3 protected weekends a month. Work 1 weekend a month admitting
- Patient Census is 16-20
- 1099 pay schedule, you earn on your patient panel, annual earnings an average of $340,000
- Associate Medical Director Opportunities are available with paid stipend of $50K annually
- Sign-on and relocation bonuses are available
