$200,000 Retention Bonus

$275k Perpetual Salary 

Professional  

  • Rural health clinic with a 25-bed critical access hospital 

  • Flexible Practice Opportunity  

  • Outpatient, ER, Inpatient, and Skilled Nursing (Same Location) 

  • Radiology, Laboratory, Rehabilitation 

  • Procedures – Including Scopes 

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible 

  • Family Medicine or Internal Medicine w/ Pediatrics Training

  • VISA Sponsorship – J1 & H1B 

  • Largest Rural Health Care System in the United States  

  • 46 Medical Centers, 1,525 physicians, 1,214 APPs  

  • 200 Good Samaritan Society Senior Care Centers 

  • Minimal Call – 4-Day Work Week Available
