Job Description

New Job Details – APP Cardiovascular Surgery
Location: Michigan
Duration: June 2025 – ongoing
Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8a-5p plus rotating weeknight/weekend call Call: 1:3 weeknight/weekend call. APP’s take first call (ICU, ED, Outpatient)
Scope: APP CVS – MUST be able to vein harvest. Saphenous and radial vein harvesting (utilize Getinge EVH)
Patient volume: 3-8 OR cases per week. CVICU is a 10-bed unit
EMR: Epic / Dragon
Group/support: 3 CVS Surgeons and 2 other CVS APPs
Requirements (boards, license): MI License, BLS/ACLS Certifications, 50 cases within the past 12 months
