New Job Details – Urgent Care Clinic APP
Location: Hermiston, Oregon
Duration: Start this summer – 3 days a week with the possibility for more if needed. 3-6 months coverage (with the potential to extend)
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 2 PM, and Sunday 8 AM to 12 PM.
Shift: Days
Patient volume: ~20-27 patients/per provider on 10-hour day. Weekends are less, Saturday’s ~10-12 patients, Sundays ~5-8 patients.
Scope: The clinic’s primary focus will be on Urgent Care, which includes caring for acute illnesses and injuries. The team of Urgent Care Physicians will be available when necessary to ensure appropriate care is provided. X-ray and in-house laboratory, also seeing workers comp injuries and MVA’s. During school time the clinic provides sports physicals for students. (locums provider will need to splint, suture/staple – no casting)
EMR: EPIC
Group/support: 1 other provider in clinic (2 providers on each day)
Required: Board Certified with active Oregon License, DEA
