Job Description

Family Medicine Hosp/ER | Minnesota | Compact state – Open to license!

Details:

  • Location: Southern Minnesota
  • Duration:  January 2025-Ongoing (long term locum need)
  • Shift: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
  • Call: 1-2 days/week and optional weekend.
  • Scope: Family Medicine clinic with ER/HOSP coverage
  • Duties: Daily clinic, Hospital rounding 8am-9am, ER call
  • Ages: All ages, majority 50+
  • Volume: 15 PPD in clinic. Inpatient rounding 2-3 PPD on swing bed. Small rural facility with low patient volumes.
  • EMR:  Epic
  • Hospital/Support: Rural 14 bed critical access hospital. 1 MD, 5 APP’s, RN’s
  • Require: BC/BE, DEA, BLS/ACLS, IMLC Compact and Open to licensing for MN!
  • Credentialing: 60-90 days
