OBGYN locum tenens opportunity in Georgia
Location: 30 minutes from Downtown Atlanta, GA
Duration: March – July
Schedule: 4 shifts per month
Call: 24-hour call
Patient volume: Avg daily census: 10 with 3 admissions per day
Scope: Inpatient: C-sections, D&C, Ectopic laparoscopic surgery, Emergency hysterectomy, Vaginal lacerations, Other emergency OB GYN surgical procedures. Avg 5 admissions/day. Must be able to do C-sections, assist with complicated deliveries, CNM supervision required.
EMR: EPIC
Hospital: Level 1 facility
Group/support: CNM in hospital while on call, supervision is required by the locum.
Requirements (boards, license): GA licensed or IMLC License in hand, Board Certified, Covid Vaccinated.
