Step into a dynamic role with a rapidly growing health system in Northeastern Oregon, offering the chance to lead as Medical Director of Respiratory Therapy, including oversight of the PFT Lab and Pulmonary Rehab. This unique position is tailored for a dedicated Pulmonology & Critical Care specialist looking to make a lasting impact. With a strong focus on patient care and procedural opportunities, you’ll enjoy robust administrative support and access to the resources needed for success. Balance your practice with a mix of 80% pulmonary and 20% critical care, while also having the option to integrate sleep medicine into your scope. 

 

Position Highlights: 

  • Join a thriving community health system handling 27,000 ER visits annually. 
  • Lead as Medical Director of Respiratory Therapy, PFT Lab, and Pulmonary Rehab. 
  • Focus: 80% Pulmonary, 20% Critical Care; Sleep Medicine optional. 
  • Manage a 6-bed ICU with an average census of 3–4 patients, poised for growth. 
  • Perform procedures with full support and access to necessary resources. 
  • Schedule booked out three months from day one. 
  • Hospitalists handle patient management and admissions, rare after-hours consults.
