Position Highlights:
- Full-spectrum Pediatrics in a community-owned hospital
- Clinical volume of 16–18 patients per day
- Light 1:4 call rotation with average one inpatient admission per week
- Nursery rounding only (no NICU)
- Occasional ED consults to ABEM physicians
- $340K base salary + RVU production bonus
- 7 weeks PTO + 6% employer match 401(k)
- Subspecialty support including in-clinic Pediatric Psychiatrist
