The Primary Care locum tenens opportunity in Oregon…
-Location: Oregon (45 miles south of Portland)
-Duration: December 2024 – July 2025 (flexible duration, potential for extension)
-Schedule: 4-5 days per week
-Shift options: 8:30a-7p (M, T, Th, F), 8:30a – 5:30p (W), 8:30a-2p (Sat)
>flexible on start and end times if you would like to limit to 8-hour days
-Call: None
-Patients: up to 17 patients per day
-Scope: outpatient, primary care, adult only
-EMR: NextGen
-Support: RNs and MAs
-Affiliated Hospital: 494 beds, level II trauma center
-Requirements: Board certified or board eligible with active or inactive Oregon license

*Assistance with credentialing provide – estimated 30-45 days *
