Job Description

New Job Details –
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: September – ongoing for 3-6+ months
Schedule:  4-5 days per week (Seeking full time coverage, may consider 2 weeks/month) >must be on-site
Call: No call responsibilities
Patient volume:   13-15 patients per day
Scope: 100% endo, outpatient
EMR: Epic (option for Dragon)
Group/support: Full subspecialty support
Requirements (boards, license): Epic EMR experience, Clean NPDB, Board certified, and California license at time of application
