Job Description

Join a thriving and growing gastroenterology group in beautiful Southern California! We are actively seeking both General and Advanced Gastroenterologists to join our well-established team of seven physicians and four nurse practitioners. With a strong referral network of over 65 primary care providers, state-of-the-art facilities, and a balanced mix of clinic and procedural time, this opportunity offers an exceptional work-life balance. Our group is expanding to 10 physicians in the next five years, and we are committed to innovation, efficiency, and providing top-tier patient care. Position Highlights: 

  • Join a dynamic group of 7 GIs (6 General, 1 Advanced) and 4 Nurse Practitioners 
  • 60% lab time, 40% clinic time with built-in support for increased procedural focus 
  • 1 clinic location, 3 endoscopy labs at the hospital, 4 at ASC 
  • ASC partnership opportunity with an ROI of 25-35% 
  • High procedural volume: Up to 15 procedures per morning block 
  • Call schedule: 5 weeks of ER call annually, 1-2 weeks of clinic call (no calls after 4 PM) 
  • Hospitalists admit all GI patients, ensuring efficient workflow 
  • Epic EMR with a direct screening program to streamline patient intake 

 

Compensation & Benefits: 

  • $625K Guarantee in Year 1 + Sign on & Relocation 
  • Competitive base salary with Quality & RVU-based bonuses 
  • Call stipend and possible ancillary income through ASC partnership 
  • 401(k) with 100% matching up to $20K Profit Sharing
